The Parishioner interviewed our local life coach
P: Great to have you as our ’Meet the Local’ – tell us a bit about yourself.
CF: My husband, Austyn, and I have two beautiful young children; 9 months and 2 years. We love spending time with them and feel very blessed every day.
P: What do you love about Ash Vale?
CF: Ash Vale is great, we walk along the canal most days, pop to the village at the weekend and the community is very strong. Austyn grew up around here so has lots of local friends and family who have been very welcoming. Additionally, I now have a wonderful network of local Mummy friends to enjoy life with on a daily basis.
P: We LOVED seeing you in the live nativity at Christmas, What was it like, and how did you get the part?
CF: Our Son was Jesus at the 2019 Christingle live nativity, so when our daughter got invited to play the role at the 2021 version, we were very happy to join her. It was fun for us all both times.
P: We’ve heard you are now a life coach, tell us all about it!
CF: Yes, I help ambitious women to achieve their goals by shedding self-doubt and creating a winning mindset. It’s extremely rewarding, I get to celebrate with my clients as they smash their goals. I’m blown away by the positive feedback I’ve been getting, and the impact I’m having on people’s lives. Coaching sets me on fire, I’m so excited holding space for clients and showing up in ‘the zone’ to support them. I’m being coached myself so know first-hand the transformational effect of investing in ourselves and our happiness.
P: What can someone expect if they sign up, and how can they contact you?
CF: 1 hour a week 1-2-1 session, usually virtual, but for locals could be in person, and messaging during the week welcome. We agree homework each week for maximum effectiveness. The investment is a 12 week program, working together, this means the client makes phenomenal results. I offer a 45 minute taster session for free for people to get a feel for what it would be like.
